The Many Faces of Charlie

Soon after Charlie turned 4 months old, I was assigned the fun task of capturing his official 4 month picture. Chuck and I were babysitting while Jenna and Andy were at a wedding, and Charlie was in a great mood for posing, although he hadn't been quite so cooperative when Jenna tried earlier in the day. He was teething like crazy (his 2 bottom teeth just popped through that day), so it was a real trick to catch him without his fists in his mouth. Oh, the joys of digital photography! I slapped the 4 month sticker on his onesie, set him up in his bouncy chair, and started snapping.

Right thumb, tastes good!

Left thumb, shy smile ;-)

Whole fist, argh!

Hands folded, soon to be two fists in mouth - yum!

No hands, but a little worried :-/

Where's that thumb?

Come on, Grandma - enough already!

Almost there...

SMILE!!
OK, now will you stop?
:-)

Never hesitate to take a sad face or crying photo. They, too, can be adorable. These, of course, are awesome! Good job!
